My Course in Coventry University, Multimedia Communication Design has allowed me expand my abilities in all types of software such as, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Dream weaver, Web Developing and Avid a Video editing software. It has not only allowed me to produce design based work but also technical artefacts as you can see from the projects I have done.
I did two very similar projects working within a group, but the 3rd Year Final Project was more in depth, more work and less people. I feel very privileged to work with two real life organisations, it has taught me how to communicate and work with a company. Also I have learnt from the projects how to work well as a team, communicating and making and agreeing on decisions together. I feel that working as a team is very important in a business.
Within my two projects I produced paper base artefacts which were created using Adobe Photoshop an industry standard software used by graphics professionals. The adverts we made were produced by using a High quality camera and a video editing software called Avid Express. Finally we created the radio adverts using a minidisk player and Audacity an audio Editing software. A lot of in depth research was carried out for each artefact for it to be successful.
I feel that I am very ambitious and passionate about my creative skills which will allow me to undertake any task that is given to me in design, marketing and advertising which I would like to have a career in.
