4th Edition of CU Today has gone to print

This fourth issue of CU Today, a 12-page tabloid newspaper produced by third year students, offers a lively combination of hard news, sport, fashion and entertainment. Highlights include the inside story on the launch of the new Godiva film, an interview on the future of Coventry City Football Club, and a page of fashion highlighting Coventry University’s Fashion department. The whole paper buzzes with first hand reports and up to date information, including a whole column itemising Media & Communication staff members who have themselves been making news. “We think it’s the best issue so far,” says Journalism lecturer John Lister, who with colleague Andrew Noakes steered the students through the production process and arranged dispatch for printing. The newspaper will hit the streets on December 4th.
