This body of work features british asian musicians who go against the stereotype of what it is to be asian and a musician. They produce music of all kinds including drum and bass, hip hop and rock. This is the new breed of music talent emerging from the british asian music scene.
View the photographic exhibition at the BBC Mailbox Public Space all week. Also on display is Jaskirt’s Stop Motion Video on Sony Gold Award winning specialist music radio show ‘Friction’.
