Timetables

Your timetables for the first term can now be downloaded by module directly from Moodle. You can then add this file to Thunderbird/Entourage/Gmail/iCal/Outlook and more (Instructions can be found below the calendar files).
PLEASE NOTE: There may be additional skills sessions or tutorials booked outside the sessions on your calender, you will be told of any additional sessions or changes in class. These changes will also be shown in moodle and on the latest version of the calendar files.
Import Instructions
In iCal (Mac)
Download the ICS file -> in iCal hit File -> Import, then choose the ICS file and either add to an existing calendar, or create a new one
In Google Calender
Download the ICS file -> In Google calendar create a new calendar for the import. Then go to Calender Settings -> Calendar tab, you will see a list of your calendars, below this hit import calendar and locate the ICS file, assign the ICS file to an existing calender and hit import
In Outlook 2007 or newer (PC)
Download the ICS file -> when asked to save or open, hit open. Outlook will automaticaly import the calendar into a new calender wit the ICS filename as its name.
In Outlook 2010 or newer (Mac)
Download the ICS file -> In Outlook for Mac, at the bottom of the navigation pane, click calendar to take you to ‘calendar view’, here you should create a new calender for the import (Right click -> New Folder). In finder, locate the ICS file and drag this file onto your new calendar.
